Common Entrance results today

Over 3,500 primary school students who wrote this year’s Barbados Secondary Schools’ Entrance Examination (BSSEE) will know their results today.


Minister of Education Ronald Jones has called a press conference for 10 a.m at his office to review the results of the BSSEE.

He will be joined by other education officials.

    Why would a Minister of Education feel it necessary to call a press conference to discuss the results of a test to transfer 11-year-olds from primary to secondary school?

    Let me see — perhaps this has implications for national development No?
