Woman with gun remanded until June 24

A 23-year-old chef appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court today before acting Magistrate Alliston Seale.

Alana Nikita Crystal Nearvay was not required to plead to the indictable charge of possession of an unlicensed  firearm on April 20 this year.

The woman lives at Ashby Alley, the City.

The charge allegedly arose out of circumstances where a gun was seen on the ground at a funeral earlier this year.

Nearvay, who was represented by Dr Waldo Waldron-Ramsay Q.C., was remanded until June 24.

    Sweetie ur biggest mistake is not knowing God cuz if u did, clearly u would not be in this predicament! U made a mistake, we shouldn’t judge her because of the sin she committed… As we all are sinners and not saints. Unfortunately u alone have to pay for ur mistakes, learn from it. Understand mistakes are a way of life, if u repeat them they’re no longer considered mistakes, they’re habits! U can’t change the past, try and make ur future way better than this, in the process search for Christ 1st, then change ur friends!

      @Alex Alleyne Guns don’t kill people kill if you don’t pull the trigger the bullet int gonna go off unless its a malfunction gun

      just lock her ass up give her 5 years for the gun and 1 year for each bullet in the gun send a message too many guns in my lil island need to rid of them

      only Bank holiday Monday my lil cus got shot while trying to enjoy a festival
