Two electricians freed of charges

COURT TODAY BLOCKTwo electricians had a matter against them dismissed by acting Magistrate Alliston Seale yesterday.

Davian Jamal Goodman, 29, of Boyce Road, Free Hill, Black Rock, St Michael and Jamar Andero Hinkson, 30, of 5th Avenue St Barnabas Heights in the same parish, were charged with stealing copper worth $13 000 belonging to the Hilton Barbados, between January 27 and 30, 2012.

Additionally, Ammar Joseph Fitzgerald Fitzpatrick, of McClean Gap, Brittons Hill, St Michael, also had his case dismissed.

He was charged with loitering on the premises of Melanese Blenman and was suspected of being there to commit theft on May 1, 2012.

The cases were dismissed for want of prosecution, since no files were available.
