Another Media source is saying the driver of the car was slowing down to buy a corn at the side of the road.
There is a reason it is illegal to have vendors on the side of the highway. It is UNSAFE.

A vendor at the side of the road does not mean you go biz-irk for a roast corn. Exercise caution and common sense whether its a vendor, or carpool point
P.S: idk what caused the accident….just saying

@ Sandy Deane!!!!!! Why did you not get the FACTS before rushing this to print, now people are more confused, it would have been much better if you did not know report this at all, and one more thing, was it really an ACCIDENT or was it a COLLISION ??

Can you please furnish us out here with the facts, it looks like it was Rear Ended, so perhaps @Lindsay Farmer was Correct, the Driver of the green car might have stopped too sudden to get his Corn from the ILLEGAL roadside Vendor, but then we really don’t know, because YOU did NOT give us the FACTS.
