Hoyte fails to appear before appeal Court
Anderson Antonio Hoyte was supposed to argue before the Court of Appeal today, against a 12-month sentence which he was given by former magistrate Deborah Holder last year.
However, the appellant did not appear in court since marshals were unable to reach him at either of the addresses provided to the court. He was therefore not warned.
The hearing will come up again on June 25.
The last known address for the barber was Skeetes Road, Jackman, St Michael.
He had pleaded guilty before Holder to entering an 89-year-old woman’s house.
