Is gaining a driving license in Barbados needs a much tougher test, or what. Insurance companies needs to do something.
They could start by introducing a $2000.00 excess on the policies. If the accident is the drivers fault, they pay the excess.
Persons who get injured in others vehicles should also sue the driver.
The police should introduce spot check to see the road worthiness of vehicles , check if the vehicle is insured and breath testing.
    Something must be done.

@ jr smith, because you cant seem to read:

“An accident or a mishap is an incidental and unplanned event or circumstance, often with lack of intention or necessity. ”

They do happen, this is called life.
