20-year-old woman missing

Another woman, 20-year-old Ashley Simmons, has been reported missing.

Police say the young woman left her Marchfield Close, Marchfield, St Philip home around 2 p.m. yesterday and has not been seen or heard from since.

When she left home she was dressed in an orange cotton shirt with the word ‘Fusion’ above the left pocket and a pair of long brown pants and black shoes.

Ashley is about 5 feet 6 inches in height, of stout build and has a dark complexion. She has dreadlocks, a round face, thin lips, short neck and square shoulders and habitually bites her fingernails.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call emergency number 211, or the nearest police station.

    I do hope she is found safe . The police must start charging someone every time these young women are “returned” safely to their correct homes . This just don’t look that every day you read the paper or listen to the news that a “beautiful young black sister” gone missing . What are we having here , “a hide go seek”.
