Two students struck by car

Two St Philip children who were struck by a car on their way to school this morning have been discharged from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH).

Ten-year-old Shamera Andrews and her three-year-old brother Caleb Franklyn of Chapel, St Philip were transported to the QEH in separate ambulances after being hit by the vehicle driven by 52-year-old Stacia Austin, around 7:20 a.m, on Church Village Road, St Philip. They complained of pains about the body.

Police are carrying out investigations into the accident.
