Murder accused remanded


Murder accused Darius Ricardo Reece, 22, has been remanded to prison.

The Weekes Land, Goodland, St Michael resident appeared in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court today charged with killing Victor Knight, 52, formerly of Seclusion Road, Black Rock, St Michael.

He is due to return to court on March 13.

      Well Ash Wednesday is coming up and that leads into Lent then Easter; so perhaps they are anticipating Ham after fasting…

    Barbados Justice system on the whole,needs a total revamp.From Police all the way to High court.And especially the DPP.U can”t have people killing,and getting seven years.

      Murders happen under the BLP administration.

    You can’t have murder accused getting bail either. A few of them presently walking about too. Really too soft on crime, so the young people murdering as they like. We need to see the gallows swinging again, that would be an effective deterrent.

    if found guilty, hang him, eye for an eye, but no we will feed his azz for the next 30 years, then his mom will cry saying he pay his debt , he should be release after 20 years, and a bleeding heart judge will set him free, but mr bad boy you kill my family , i will be the one in dodds doing time
