A 16-year-old was remanded when he appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on gun and ammunition charges today.
Roshawn Romario Gibbs of 3rd Avenue Wilkinson Road, Richmond Gap, St Michael was not required to plead to the February 8 charge that he had an unlicensed gun and one round of ammunition. Gibbs’ third charge was for having camouflage pants.

Just yesterday, a 15-year-old student was charged with having an unlicensed firearm, causing serious bodily harm to a man with intent to maim, disfigure or disable him.
The minor’s final charge was that he along with 20-year-old Gary Ian Williams used unlawful violence and engaged in conduct, which would cause a person present at a scene to fear for his safety. The charges relate to a February 6 incident.
