Wanted woman

A Jamaican woman is being sought by police in connection with a serious criminal matter.

Lawmen did not give details, but said Kerreon Kelly, 25, of Barkers Road, Haggatt Hall, St Michael was wanted and advised her to turn herself in.

Anyone who may know her whereabouts is asked to contact police at emergency number 211, the nearest police station, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477).

Police also have reminded the public that it is a serious offence to harbour or assist wanted persons and anyone caught committing this offence could be prosecuted.

Meantime, lawmen are investigating a report of a woman sustaining burns about her body after a substance was thrown on her.

She is currently hospitalized.
