Keeping hope alive

Twelve days after contract painter Paul Holder fell from the sixth floor of the Divi South Winds Hotel, the father of six remains warded in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

When a team from Barbados TODAY visited his home at Pinelands, St Michael, his wife, Margaret Holder, said there had been no improvement in his condition since the incident. The 59-year-old has been in a comatose state since the fall.

However, she said his mother Velda Holder and the entire family are continuing to pray for an improvement in his condition.
