Woman, two men charged in robberies and thefts

Police have arrested and charged a woman and two men from Christ Church in connection with a number of serious offences committed recently, including the robbery and serious bodily harm of a man outside the Scotiabank at Coconut Walk, Hastings, Christ Church, on November 10.

They are: Jehron Connolly, 27, of Enterprise Gardens; Jamar Rasheed Clarke, 22, of Goodland Gardens; and Stephanie Benn, 23, of Vauxhall Gardens.

They jointly face two counts of robbery and four counts of theft from motor vehicles.

Connolly and Clarke, who are accused of the Scotiabank robbery, have been jointly charged with: seven counts of robbery, one count of aggravated burglary, one count of assault with intent to rob, two counts of serious bodily harm, and three counts of theft of motor vehicle registration number plates.

They will appear in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court today.
