Man collapses in City

Police were called into Lancaster Lane in The City earlier tonight, following an altercation between two men that left one of them laying flat on the face in the lane situated between First Caribbean International Bank and the popular Nelson’s Arm Sports Bar on Broad Street.

A large crowd of curious onlookers gathered at the scene, following initial reports that one of the men, who was struck in the head with a wooden piece of furniture, had died. However, it was later confirmed by police at the scene that he was alive.

A crowd gathered to get a glimpse of the collapsed man.

He, however, had to be lifted from the scene by lawmen, who transported him to the hospital for treatment, in the absence of an ambulance.

The other man involved in tonight’s incident reportedly fled the scene.

Investigations are continuing.

It is the editor’s quest for sensationalism that causes the flawed headlines. the standards are usually poor but the people applaud them and they keep on writing insipid commentary and articles.
