Flash flood warning

A flash flood watch is in effect for Barbados until 4 pm, as .

Director of the Barbados Meteorological Services Hampden Lovell said residents in flood prone areas should be on the alert and take the necessary precautions.

According to a notice from the Met Office, a combination of light winds, adequate low level moisture and strong daytime heating is expected to produce locally moderate to heavy showers and thunderstorms mainly over some central, northern and morth-western sections of the island.

    Common sense can never relate to ignorance. Maybe now they will realise that the land is flat, flood quick and sending home all those people that maintain the drainage system was a terrible idea.
