Charge the driver for reckless driving, give him a breath test ,all passengers who are injured should sue the owner of the vehicle.

The Government has a lot to blame for the transportation system by not putting things into prospective and looking after the public by giving More transportation for the hard working people, after a hard days work you have to be looking for a means and way to get home endangering their lives, different to America who has all types of different transportation, you have many choices.

There is nothing wrong with the ,two tare system, it works, mini buses and ZRs. Have all of theses private vehicle as part of the transport system, be fitted with speed governors.
Its easy to ban bad drivers from the roads.
We are in Barbados, take care of our problems, stop following others. We are suppose to be educated, dam well act like.
