18-year-old remanded

An 18-year-old St Michael resident will remain behind bars until July 4, at least, after being charged with drug and firearm offences.

Rashaad Brian Bostic of Savannah Road, Bush Hall has been charged with possession of a firearm, possession of four rounds of ammunition , possession of cannabis and going equipped to steal.

According to lawmen, Bostic was seen driving a motorcar by officers on patrol duty at Savannah Road.

Police say when he and the vehicle were searched, they found the firearm and ammunition, three grammes of cannabis and a ski mask.

Bostic appeared at the District “A” Magistrates Court today.
