Police have charged two men in connection with separate murders.
Andre Clyde Cave, 35, of Fairfield Cross Road, Tudor Bridge, St. Michael, who was recently captured by police after being sought for two months, has been charged in relation to the shooting death of 22-year-old Josiah Clairmont of Orchid Drive, Husbands, St. James.
Clairmont succumbed to a gun shot wound to his abdomen after being shot at Fairfield, Black Rock, St. Michael in February this year.
Another man, Richard Shamario Worrell, 23, of Derriston Road, Grazettes, St. Michael, has already been charge in connection with his death. Worrell is currently on remand at HMP Dodds.
Meantime, police have charged 22-year-old Adrian Andre Cox of Parish Land, Christ Church with murder in relation to the death of Selwyn Ormond Carter, 50, Balls Land, Christ Church.
Carter’s body was discovered lying on the floor of a shed located at the rear of a house at Parish Land, Christ Church one week ago.
Cave is due to appear in the District A Magistrates Court tomorrow, while Cox would appear in the District B Magistrates Court.
