Shooting in Cheapside

Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the Lower Green Bus Stand in Cheapside, the City earlier today.

The incident occurred just after 11 am in the ZR section of the terminal.

Barbados TODAY understands that the victim was a conductor on one of the ZR vans.

He was reportedly approached by a man wearing a scarf around his face, who shot him in both legs before fleeing the scene.
