Police find murder suspect

Police have found the man wanted in connection with last weekend’s murder of a woman in Oistins but sources tell Barbados TODAY he had to be taken to hospital.

Details of his condition are not known at this time.

The man had been sought after 45-year-old Linda Tull was found dead in her car, parked on a road behind the Oistins Polyclinic around 11:40 pm on Friday.

Police Public Relations Officer Inspector David Welch said Tull and her daughter were leaving Oistins when they were accosted by a man known to them.

Tull’s daughter left to get police and when she returned with the lawmen, they found the woman was slumped in her car, injured and unresponsive. An ambulance was summoned but Tull died on the scene.

Lawmen did not report what Tull’s injuries were but said a post morten would be carried out to determine the cause of death.

Lets hope he gets out of hospital fast then spends a good slow 25 years in Dodds, though the hangman’s noose would be way cheaper on the tax payer !
