Killer remanded

Harold Joseph appeared in the Holetown Magistrates’ Court today charged with the murder of Akeem Cadogan.

Joseph was remanded to Dodds Prison until October 14 when he will reappear at the District ‘D’ Magistrates’ Court.

Cairo Brome of Battalley’s, St. Peter, was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 with one surety when she appeared at the Holetown Court charged with assisting an offender. She is scheduled to re-appear in the Holetown Court on January 6, 2014.

Ramel Francis, 29, appeared in the Oistins Magistrates’ Court today charged with 28 offences- 26 burglaries, one loitering and one theft. He pleaded guilty to all charges and was sentenced to two years on each count to run concurrently.
