Warehouse retail store chain Cost-U-Less, offers food and general merchandise products in the Caribbean, United States territories, the Hawaiian Islands, islands in the Pacific and Sonora. It expanded its footprint in the Caribbean by recently opening a retail store in Barbados.
As part of its launch requirements, Cost-U-Less needed voice and data systems to communicate with its customers and its operations across the world. After an in-depth analysis, Digicel Business implemented an AVAYA PBX System to provide clear, resilient voice communication, structured cabling services and Metropolis Call Accounting Software to capture call statistics to and from the organisation.
