When the Richard Stoute Teen Talent Contest moves into another round on Sunday, some familiar faces will be among the contestants.

Nine females and one male will face the judges in the fifth preliminary which is slated for Divi Southwinds Resort, St. Lawrence, Christ Church.

Sixteen-year-old Khadisha Baker will sing a self penned-original I had a dream and I look to you; 14-year-old Nykasie Springer will do Ave Marie and Stand up for love; Cherish Maynard, 20, Foolish Games and Rolling in the deep;Tasha Mathurin, 18, will render Now and Forever and Just as I am and 19 year-old Rodeesia Singh The way you kiss me and On my knees/or let me be the one to say goodnight.

Akeiba Inniss, who turns 15 on Friday, will sing Don’t throw it all away and Mercy; 10-year-old Junior Monarch Finalist Princess Thomas will sing Morality and True Royalty while 11-year-old Malik Stuart has chosen Don’t make me over and Give me your heart tonight and Atoura Moise-Clarke, 11, Take a bow and Hero.

The two Over-21 contestants are Shanna Walker, 22 and Lisa Griffith, 27. They will sing Save the best for last and Dance with me tonight and The reason and I believe in you and me respectively. (DS)
