Great things in small packages

Alison Adams and Unies International Mas Band will be bringing the elements to Grand Kadooment.

This year, the “small exclusive band ” will be depicting Earth, Wind, Quintessence, Water and Fire as their 150 revellers wend their way from Warrens to Spring Garden Highway on August 5.

“Registration include pre-carnival limes, top DJs on the Road, unlimited drinks on the road, Unies International Mas Souvenirs bottles, rags, post parade cool down with full lunch, drinks and music. We had a blast last year and we intend to keep it small but pack a punch,” said the bandleader.

Costumes range from $200 for the men’s to $300 and $375 for the women’s.

There will also be a small Foreday Mornin’ band.

Registration is done every day at the band house located at Divi Southwinds Resort in St. Lawrence between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. For more information check out, UniesIntl.registration , or contact Undine Rouse at 825-5120. (DS)
