Student stabs bus driver

KINGSTON — A Calabar High school student was in custody this morning after reportedly stabbing Jamaica Urban Transit Company bus driver.

Reports are that the 46-year-old driver was stabbed by the student in a JUTC bus en route from Duhaney Park to Half-Way-Tree in St. Andrew.

The driver remains in stable condition at hospital.

Details surrounding the stabbing incident are unclear. (Observer)
