Purple House ruled at Gordon Greenidge Primary School.

Today they dethroned last year’s champions, Orange House, at the annual Inter-House Sports which was held at the school’s Baker’s, St Peter playing field.

Purple House tallied 352 points to Orange House’s 250 and Blue House’s 212 points.

There were consistent performances from the athletes of Purple House with victor ludorum Khimani Cox leading the way with 30 points from wins in the 50m, 80m, 100m and 200m. He competed among the under-9 athletes.

Victrix ludorum was Orange House’s Allysa Cox who gained 32 points competing among the U-11 athletes. She came out tops in basically everything she did from field to track.

Other athletes having a good day during the meet were Orange House’s U-9 runner Shereya Jackman who ended with 28 points. Purple House’s Aaliyah Francis also did well among the U-13 girls copping 20 points. Shaquon Cumberbatch of Purple House also performed outstandingly.
