Stem cell lecture

The controversial issue of stem cell research and its application to regenerative medicine will be put under the microscope when the Faculty of Medical Sciences hosts a public lecture on the subject tomorrow.

The lecture entitled Stem cells: Policy, Provenance and Potential will be delivered by Professor Roger Arnold Pedersen, Director of Research, The Anne McLaren Laboratory for Regenerative Medicine, Stem Cell Institute and Department of Surgery, School of Clinical Medicine, University of Cambridge, UK. His lecture takes place at the Henry Fraser Lecture Theatre and starts at 6 p.m.
