Sarwan in Vice Chancellor’s squad

Struggling West Indies batsman Ramnaresh Sarwan will get the opportunity to strike some form before the international series against the touring Zimbabweans starts.

He has been selected in a UWI Vice Chancellor’s squad to be captained by Barbadian batsman Anthony Alleyne in a one-day match against Zimbabwe at Progress Park in Grenada on Wednesday, February 20.

The squad includes five other Barbadians in Shamarh Brooks, the highly talented wicketkeeper/batsman Shai Hope, Jerome Jones, Dawayne Sealy and Chaim Holder.
