CP stars to shine

fourteen take the stage for pageant

Celebration of inner beauty will reign supreme when the Coleridge and Parry School kicks off the first round of its pageant on February 23.

Fourteen Beautiful People will take to the stage of the school’s Joseph S. Yearwood Hall to display their talents, which will be followed by an after-party.

Organiser and teacher at the Coleridge and Parry School, Kelvin Harewood, told Barbados TODAY that the show was split into two parts in order to ensure it did not stretch into the late hours of the night.

Furthermore, the teacher explained the two-part show gave the graduating students “two bites of the cherry” toward fund-raising efforts. The second show will be held in April.

The contestants are upper-level students at the St. Peter school, who have been preparing since December for the showdown. They are:
