The athletes of the dominant Red House are once again the sports champions at West Terrace Primary School.

At their inter-house sports meet today at Kensington Oval, Red House tallied 592.9 points to easily win bragging rights over Blue House, 433.8 points, Yellow House 377.3 points and Green House 375 points.

Iyabosa Iyare of Blue House and Tonique Fleming of Red House emerged as victor ludorum and victrix ludorum respectively.Iyare scored wins in the Under-9 80m and potato race, as well as a second spot in the 100m.Other outstanding performers included Keshawn Harper who had wins in the Under-13 400m and 100m. He was second in the 200m.

The highly promising Ajani Haddock was first in the Under-13 200m and Under-11 100m. Rajani Marshall was impressive in winning the Under-11 200m.

Students, teachers, parents and supporters had a fabulous day at the Oval with the variety of novelty events which were on offer to complement the traditional track races.
