Treat for all at Tyrol Cot

Barbados Labour Party stalwarts, Chessel Rock, (left) and Pearlie Jordan see something to smile about at the party.

St. Michael North-East MP Mia Mottley treated 600 of her constituents to a sumptuous buffet during her annual luncheon.

Held on the historic grounds of Tyrol Cot, the home of the National Hero Sir Grantley Adams and his son Tom Adams, both former heads of government.

She said that in addition to those who attended the event, meals were provided to shut-ins throughout the constituency.

Mottley’s guests enjoyed the entertainment by TC, Sluggy Dan, as well as line dancers and models from the constituency during the event which started at 12:30 p.m. and ended at 6 p.m. (DS)
