Primary school receives new cricket gear

Grantley Adams International Airport Inc. continues to play its part in assisting Barbados’ young sporting talents.

Last weekend GAIA Inc. presented cricket gear to the youngsters of St. Batholomew’s Primary School who are participating in the annual Herman Griffith Primary Schools Cricket Competition. This is the Christ Church school’s first year in the tournament. They have so far played seven games in the preliminary rounds, four of which they won.

Corporate communications specialist at GAIA Inc., Keith Goddard, expressed the company’s delight in playing a part in the development of the young cricketers.
