Leaders complete Explanatory course

Training continued at the headquarters of the Scouts Association last Saturday where 22 newly invested leaders continued on the path in Scouting by participating in the Explanatory Course. Each of them expanded their knowledge of Scouting by participating in lectures on the History of Scouting, World Wide Scouting, the Fundamentals of Scouting, Spiritual Development and Scout Craft among other practical elements.

The next step for them is the Introductory Course, which is a three day programme that further explorers the ins and outs of the Boy Scout Programme. The National Administration is very pleased at this interest being displayed by these new Leaders and do hope that many more would catch the spark and assist in igniting a massive flame in Barbados Scouting.
