Man wanted by police

Police are on the hunt for a man who escaped from the Oistins Police Station earlier today.

Junior Orlando Hunte, who goes by the names Zeus or Big Zeus is being sought by police for questioning in connection with a number of serious criminal matters.

The 28-year-old man of Rices, St. Philip is six feet tall, of black complexion, slim build with brown eyes.

Police say Hunte, who was being interviewed in connection with serious criminal matters, escaped from the Oistins station around 10:55 this morning.

They are furthermore asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of the wanted man to contact the police at Oistins Station at telephone numbers 418-2609/2612, Crime Stoppers Hotline at 429-8787 or Police Emergency 211.
