Should Garcia be granted citizenship?

Senor Comissiong had enough time after the release of Senor Garcia to allow him to live at his home.

As his only attorney-at-law, Senor Comissiong could have provided Senor Garcia the most suitable and adequate accommodation.

Senor Raul Garcia is apparently deemed persona non grata in Cuba, Colombia and the United States, but should he be allowed citizenship in Barbados?

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has a major role to play in this matter.

Maybe if he goes on another hunger strike, the “rock and a hard place” would vanish.
