Fresh approach

new company to manage construction and lot maintenance for clients

Property owners at home and abroad can now call on the services of Total Property Management Services to look after their investments.

Managing Director, Ewald Mullin, made this announcement yesterday afternoon while speaking at the launch of the company at Almond Bay, Hastings, Christ Church.

Mullin, who recently retired from the public service, recalled that over the years there had been many sad reports of prospective home-owners resident in England or the US who, having sent funds to construct a home in Barbados, discovered that those funds were misappropriated by the contractor.

He noted that in some cases the houses built were not what the owners expected to see on their return to Barbados. Mullin said Barbadians would have also heard of some contractors cutting corners and not sticking to the approved drawings and the required standards and specifications.
