A winner with LIME

Two weeks of opportunities and thousands of dollars in prizes still to be won in the CongaLIME summer promotion, revealed LIME Vice President of Corporate Sales and Support, Samuel Skinner.

For the last few weeks, during the height of the festivities, customers of LIME walked away with cash, tickets to events, costumes and other exciting prizes.

Skinner said: “That’s only the beginning of our offers. As summer winds down, the prizes get even better. We have more weekly prizes of shopping sprees, staycations, cruises and the ultimate prize of airfare, accommodation and spending money for the winner and guest to enjoy one week of rest and relaxation in London, England.”

Winston Lynch, the first winner of the competition recounted that he always enters LIME’s competitions with the hope of winning, but ironically it was his girlfriend who brought him luck this time around. She texted to enter the competition using his mobile phone and that correct entry gave the beaming Lynch a cash prize of $500 and a Samsung Galaxy Tablet among other things.

Charmaine Walters was three times a winner with LIME — her most recent win being the CongaLIME promotion. Walters was in winners’ row in the company’s two previous summer promotions — the 2010 Crack the Code and the 2011 Rihanna competitions. Her second week entry in the CongaLIME promotion resulted in a cash prize of $500, in addition to having her utilities paid up to the same amount.

This faithful LIME mobile customer said with a smile: “I was elated when the representative called to give me the wonderful news… I intend to continue participating in every competition LIME has.”

Jacqueline Trotman’s combo prize for week three was cash, free groceries from Super Centre and a weekend for two at the Crane Resort Hotel. She was just overjoyed.

The CongaLIME started early in July and by the end of the promotion it would have offered LIME customers over $300,000 worth of prizes. In addition to the main text competition, customers can win instant prizes and discounts via Facebook, through in store Scratch & Win as well as LIME Top Ups.

Skinner encourages all LIME customers to like the LIME Barbados Facebook page, look for the question of the week and text the correct answer to 8690 for a chance to win one of the fabulous prizes.
