Going wild in Waterford

Nine finals and six titles.

Combermere had much to celebrate today when they defeated St Leonard’s Boys in the final of the LIME Under-15 Cricket Competition at LIME’s Wildey, St Michael ground and added to their ever-increasing silverware.

Rain and wet conditions ruined what looked like a close finish with St Leonard’s seeking to snatch an unlikely late victory. But in the end first innings lead proved enough for Combermere to take the coveted trophy back to Waterford.
