Hunt on for wanted man

Police in Barbados are on the hunt for a wanted man, who they have described as armed and dangerous.

He is Evanson Decourcey Armstrong, of Odessa McClean Drive, My Lords Hill, in St. Michael.†Police say they want to question Armstrong in connection with a serious criminal matter.

Armstrong, 36, also known as “Evvy”, is five feet four inches tall, of medium build, with brown eyes and a black complexion.

He has been advised by police to turn himself in, and that he may be accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice or a family member.†Police Public Relations Officer, Inspector David Welch, has warned members of the public not to approach Armstrong, but that if they know where he is, to call the emergency telephone number at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477), or any police station.
